PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition for sealing materials which possesses a good heat resistance and weather resistance derived from an acrylic polyol and a good workability [a low viscosity and a low temperature-sensitivity, especially at a low temperature (5 deg.C)] derived from a polyoxyalkylene polyol, and has little odor. SOLUTION: This composition essentially comprises an acrylic polyol (a) and a polyoxyalkylene polyol (b), wherein the acrylic polyol (a) is prepared without using a mercaptan chain-transfer agent and has an average number of hydroxy groups per molecule of 2.5 to 5.0 and a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 3,000 or larger but smaller than 6,000, and the weight ratio of the acrylic polyol (a) to the polyoxyalkylene polyol (b) ((a)/(b)) is 1/2 to 2/1.
