PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition having good moldability and being capable of giving a product having a sufficiently practicable heat resistance, solvent resistance, low oxygen permeability, low moisture permeability, transparency, suitable degradability, and high mechanical strengths by mixing an aliphatic-ester-structure-containing polymer with a polyolefin. SOLUTION: The aliphatic-ester-structure-containing polymer is particularly desirably an aliphatic polyester carbonate. This is one obtained by reacting an aliphatic polyester oligomer obtained by reacting an aliphatic dibasic acid and/or its derivative with an aliphatic dihydroxy compound and/or a hydroxycarboxylic acid compound and having a number-average molecular weight of at most 10,000 with a carbonate compound and having a carbonate unit content of at least 5 mol%, a weight-average molecular weight of at least 100,000, and a melting point of 70-180 deg.C. It is desirable that the composition comprises 5-95 wt.% aliphatic-ester-structure-containing polymer and 95-5 wt.% polyolefin.
