PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a lining which can reduce the number of bolts necessary for connecting mutual lining pieces while retaining a sufficient joint strength and can improve workability and reduce construction period and which is simple and lightweight in the structure and can reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: Mutual lining pieces 32, 34 having a plurality of main girders 36, 38 extending in the peripheral direction are circumferentially connected to form a lining ring. Each lining piece 32, 34 is disposed in the rather central position than the end and has a joint part 44 connected to a main girder 36, 38. Mutual joints of the joining lining pieces 32, 34 are connected through a transmission member 50 to make a stress transmissible in between the main girders 36, 38 of the lining pieces 32, 34.
