PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply remove a plate material nailed to a wooden frame by circularly cutting a plate material nailed to the wooden frame in the periphery of the nail to be separated from the wooden frame. SOLUTION: When the surface of a veneer plate 20 is damaged over application limit by the repeated use of a wooden panel, a cutting tool 40 is used to cut out the veneer plate 20 in a circle in the peripheries of nails 30, 30. The cutting tool 40 is installed on a motor-driven drill to be used, and includes a cylindrical cutting blade main body and a bar shaft-like cutting blade holding part provided concentrically inside the cylindrical part of the cutting blade main body. Therefore, cut-out work can be performed quickly. At the end of cutting out for all nail 30, 30 driven parts, the veneer plate 20 is naturally separated from the wood frame 10 with the circular cut-out parts 21, 21 left undone. As the individual cut-out works are simple, the separation can be performed in a short time. Accordingly, the plate material can be removed simply without performing nail removing work which takes much time.
