PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost without deteriorating the rigidity of a plate for forming floor face. SOLUTION: This waterproof pan is constituted of a plate 11 for forming a floor face and a rising member detachably installed at the outer peripheral zone of the plate for forming the floor face. The plate 11 has a two-layer structure that two sheets of tabular members having mutually different plane size from each other are superimposed. That is, the plate 11 is so constituted that first and second upper plates 18, 28 made of a decoration material are laminated on the upper face of first and second base plates 17, 27.
