PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the winding of a rope-like material around a shaft while preventing the wrap thereof around a back side of a fan in a blower of a vacuum sweeper even if the rope-like material is sucked. SOLUTION: A dust intrusion preventing member (a partitioning plate 8), which interferes with a rotary area of a fan 7, is stood in the inner peripheral wall of a case 6 (6b) of a blower 4, and radial vanes 7a of the fan 7 are respectively provided with a U-shaped escape part 9 by cutting at a part, which interferes with the dust intrusion preventing means (the partitioning plate 8).
