PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leakage of excretions in a pouch even if a person wearing this pouch moves his/her body, prevent the occurrence of clogging when deodorant is used, and perform degasing satisfactorily. SOLUTION: A baglike pouch for artificial anus 1 attached to artificial anus to keep excretions is provided with an opening part 3 connected to the artificial anus and a mounting hole 4 of a gas exhaust device for exhausting gas kept in the pouch 1 in a pouch main body 2. In this case, the inside of the pouch 1 is partitioned into a space A including the opening part 3 and a space B including the mounting hole 4 of the gas exhaust device by a member 5 which is arranged inside the pouch 1 and has liquid non-permeability and gas permeability.
