PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost, to simplify tire manufacturing process, to improve rigidity of a bead part and to improve durability of the bead part by avoiding releasing of a bead apex from a bead core. SOLUTION: In a method for forming a bead part of a tire, a non-stretchable green core body 20 with reinforcing members 21 in continuous lengths separated at definite intervals with a fluid raw material at least in the axial direction is formed. Only both sides in the axial direction and the inner side face in the radial direction of the above described green core body are wrapped with a carcass ply 23 and by acting a compression force in the axial direction on the green core body 20, the above described fluid raw material is moved from the green core body 20 to the outside in the radial direction.
