PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform high lift work even in the position in which there is a cant on the truck. SOLUTION: A high lift work device is arranged-installed on a vehicle body 1 of a vehicle which has iron wheels 10 and which is capable of traveling on rails R, to form a track-road type high lift work vehicle. An operation regulation-control device for performing operation-regulation of a high lift work device in consideration of an overturning directional moment to be applied to the car body 1, and a tilt angle sensor for detecting the tilt angle of the car body at the time when the vehicle is in state where it can travel on the truck, are provided in the high lift work vehicle, and the operation regulation control device variably sets operation regulation controlling conditions for the high lift work device in response to the tilt angle of the car body, detected by the tilt angle sensor.
