PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with manual work, and to achieve automatic caulking work. SOLUTION: A caulking machine comprises a pair of moving and positioning members 10, 20 which are arranged opposite to a plate-like work 81, and moved in parallel with the direction of the plane of the work 81 for free positioning, pressing movable members 11, 21 which are mounted on the moving and positioning members 10, 20 and freely advanced/retracted in the perpendicular direction with respect to the plane of the work 81, and holding members 12, 22 one end of which is connected to each of the pressing and moving members 11, 21, and by the other end of which caulking tools 13, 23 are held, and at either of the caulking tools 13, 23 held by the holding members 12, 22 achieves automation by holding a parts 14 to be caulked to the work 81 in a detachable manner.
