PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the changing-over between the locked state and the free state of a blade plate by a simple operation such as the pivoting operation of an engaging pin part and, at the same time, simplify the constitution of this blade plate attaching and detaching structure. SOLUTION: In this attaching and detaching structure, an engaging pin part 5, which engages with a guide groove part 4 formed from the inserting side tip part to the inward side of a blade plate 3, is pivotally provided in an inserting gap 2. In addition, an engaging hole part 6, the diameter of which is larger than the width of the guide groove part 4, is provided in the depth of the guide groove part 4. The engaging pin part 5 has a shape in which the outer diametral dimensions are different according to directions, and it can slidingly pass through the guide groove part 4, but when the engaging pin part 5 is pivoted, it can not make a sliding pass. Thus, by pivoting the engaging pin part 5 when a blade plate 3 is inserted in the inserting gap 2 until the engaging pin part 5 reaches the engaging hole part 6, engaging pin part 5 can not pass through the guide groove part 4, resulting in constituting to fix the blade plate 3 to a locked state. A changing-over operating part 7 between a locked state and a free state for pivotingly operating the engaging pin part 5 is provided in a grip holder 1.
