PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more enhance the activity of activated water by storing water in a treated water tank in which a container housing a far infrared emitting element is built and performing magnetic treatment passing water through a magnetic field, ceramics treatment passing water through a ceramics charged container and treatment returning water to the treated water tank a plurality of times. SOLUTION: A treated water tank 1 is equipped with a reticulated box-shaped far infrared emitting element housing container 1a and, between a circulating taking- out port 1g and a circulating return port 1h, a water feed pump 2, a magnetic treatment device 3 and a ceramics treatment device 4 are connected by a circulating piping 5. The water of the treated water tank 1 is passed through the magnetic field in the magnetic treatment device 3 to be treated magnetically and subsequently passed through the ceramics treatment device 4 to be treated with ceramics to be returned to the treated water tank 1. During these treatments, the water feed pump 2 is continuously operated for a constant time manually or automatically so as to obtain constant flow velocity. A treatment operation time is set so as to pass the water of the treated water tank 1 through the magnetic treatment device 3 at least 5 times or more. By this constitution, raw water is passed through the treatment devices 3, 4 a plurality of times to be certainly activated.
