PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure exerting no influence on opening/closing of a rear gate rotating in a laterally opening shape. SOLUTION: Opposed surfaces 4a, 5a of gate frame panels 4, 5 oppositely arranged to an inner panel 2c are arranged on the inner panel 2c facing to the indoor side of a rear gate 2, and an interior trim 7 is arranged on the indoor side. The interior trim 7 is projected to the rear side of a car body by going over an upper edge part of the gate frame panels 4, 5 to the rear from the indoor side. A weather strip 20 is installed by sandwiching an edge part of a hood lower frame 2a, a piece-like lip 20b is arranged on the weather strip 20, and a tip part of the lip 20b is allowed to abut to a tip under surface of the interior trim 7. The length of the lip 20b is formed in the length of degree of bending when the tip part of the lip 20b abuts to the interior trim 7 when closing the rear gate 2. |
