<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and effective method for increasing the ozone concentration of a formed ozone-oxygen gas mixture without markedly raising a cost for forming the ozone-oxygen mixture. SOLUTION: An ozone-oxygen gas flow formed by sending oxygen to an ozonizer is introduced into a membrane separation unit including an ozone dialysis membrane. An ozone rich gas is passed through a membrane and recovered or is brought into contact with a fluid flow or a gas flow containing an ozone reactive substance to oxidize the substance with the ozone rich gas. An oxygen rich gas flow formed at a feed side of the membrane by the permeation of ozone through the membrane is recycled through the ozonizer. Before the recycling, the oxygen rich flow is purified and a gaseous impurity permeated through the membrane from the treated liquid flow or gas flow may be removed.</p> |
