PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular container which has a unique shape of a favorable usability, disperses no components of a content, adsorbs no content component to the tubular container, and also, eluate no resin component from the container to the content. SOLUTION: This tubular container is a deformed tube comprising a resin layer of a multiple layer constitution, which continues from a body section 1 to a mouth section 3, wherein a shoulder section 2 has flexibility, and in addition, the mouth section 3 which opens diagonally upward from the shoulder section 2, is formed, and the innermost layer of the tube comprises a non- adsorptive resin of either one of the saponified compound of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene terephthalate, polyacrylonitrile, and the resin layer of the multiple layer constitution is formed of two kinds or more including a polyolefin based resin, and is a laminated body wherein an intermediate layer comprising a resin being harder than the polyolefin based resin, is provided between the surface layer and the innermost layer of the container main body. Then, a resin having an ultraviolet ray absorbency is used for at least one layer of the resin layers of the multiple layer constitution.
