PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically fix a fence to a base sliding part at a fence angle set for highly frequent use and at the same time, enable correct adjusting of the constant fence angle by fine adjusting an automatic fixing mechanism in the fence rotating direction, centered around the rotary shaft of the fence. SOLUTION: A fence leg part 7a is inserted into a space between forward wall projecting parts 15c and arranged there and a fence 7 is made rotatable around a pin 8 serving as a rotary shaft. In this case, a screw 13 fixed into a base sliding part penetrate an arc-shaped through-hole 9a formed in a fence sliding part 9, and the fence 7 is freely rotatable within the width in the rotating direction of the arc-shaped through-hole 9a. In addition, a knob 14 is fitted into the screw 13 and the fence 7 is fixed into or set loose from the base sliding part through an operation to tighten or loosen the knob 14. Further, a gap is formed in the rotating direction, centered around a fence rotating shaft at a retaining plate 22, an angle fine adjusting screw 23 and a latch 20 respectively. In addition, the angle fine adjusting screw 23 is loosened and the described parts are integrally fine adjusted in the rotating direction.
