PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot compress device capable of providing comfortableness for the skin as a wet type compress, being used for a long time, and excellent in economical property. SOLUTION: This hot compress device is provided with a mesh member 2 (towel storage part) which has a towel taking-in/out port 1 in one end part and is formed like a net on the whole, an electric heater (towel heating part) which is arranged on the outside of the mesh member 2, is insulated, and is covered, a waterproof cover which covers the outside of the electric heater and fixes it and whose peripheral fringe part is fixed to a peripheral fringe part of the mesh member 2 to form a storage space therebetween, a band 8 (mounting part) connected to both end parts of the waterproof cover, and a control device 30 controlling an current carrying amount to the electric heater 3.
