PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display stand of cosmetics which has a small number of parts, which is of a low cost and suitable to carry. SOLUTION: This display stand compries a display stand body 1 on the upper surface of which dressing plates 17 and otherthings are displayed, an advertising panel 2 and a supporter 3. This supporter 3 comprises a foot 22 and a panel supporter 23, and a slit is formed on the back of the display stand body 1. Under the condition where the panel supporter 23 is inserted into this slit, the back of the display stand body 1 is supported by the upper end of the foot 22, the advertising panel 2 is fixed on the panel supporter 23 in a manner freely attachable and detachable, and an inclined posture of the display stand body 1 is held by the front part of the body 1 and the lower end of the foot 22.
