PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate to adjust the spread of flowers and leaves in making a bouquet from cut flowers by forming cut flowers in a head-cut conical shape vessel which can receive cut flowers so that a part of the stalks protrude outside and attaching to this vessel a member which fixes a part of stalks of cut flowers to the vessel. SOLUTION: This bouquet forming implement 10 is provided with a vessel 16 receiving a plurality of cut flowers 12, and the vessel 16 exhibits a head-cut conical shape as a whole and has an open end 18 of a large diameter and an open end 20 of a small diameter facing this. Cut flowers 12 are inserted from the open end 18 of a large diameter into the vessel 16, and the tip part 22 as a part of stalks can be protruded outside the vessel 16 from the open end 20 of a small diameter, by which a plurality of cut flowers 12 can be contained in the vessel 16. The cut flowers 12 contained in the vessel 16 extend the leaf 24 part along the head-cut conical surface 26, and the tip part 22 of the stalks cross one another with an angle according to the inclined angle of the head-cut conical surface 26. A bouquet 14 is formed by binding the crossing site of the tip part 22 of the stalks with a string or a rubber band.
