PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter with excellent operability without damaging tissues in a body. SOLUTION: A catheter prepd. by molding a styrene-ethylene random copolymer wherein the styrene content is 30-50 mol% and the glass transition temp. obtd. by means of differential thermal analysis is 5-40 deg.C, has an enough stiffness for being easily inserted into a body and exhibits flexibility when it is inserted into the body and these characteristics are reversible. |
