<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement and breakage of a impervious sheet even when stress and external force are applied to a gas collecting pipe by welding a fixed seat made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin plate to a impervious sheet and inserting a fastening band forming a ring freely attachably/detachably into the band passing hole of the seat. SOLUTION: A band passing hole 4 in which one of two holes 2 having eyelets 3 is made an inlet, and the other is made an outlet is bored in a fixed seat 1, and a fastening band 5 is inserted into the hole 4. The band 5 is made to have flexibility to the seat 1, its one end is made to penetrate a brace 6 to fasten it, and a gas collecting pipe is pressed to the seat 1. After a surface lubricant is applied between both eyelets 3, the seat 1 is fusion-bonded to a impervious sheet 7 through a fusion-bond part 8. Moreover, a non-fusion bond part 9 by the lubricant is formed between the seat 1 between both eyelets 3 and the sheet 7 so that the band 5 can pass between the seat 1 and the sheet 7.</p> |
