<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool and heat a hand and a foot easily and repeatedly by a simple configuration without wetting the hand and foot. SOLUTION: A thermo-element 2 whose joint 2a on one side is directed toward the inner side of a glovelike vessel 1 is arranged on an inner wall of the glovelike vessel 1. A predetermined current flows into the thermo-element 2 from a power supply part in a control part 3 provided on the outside to cool or heat the inside of the vessel 1. Moreover, a power supply control part controlling the power supply part to change of a value of a current flowing into the thermo-element 2 and the direction of current at a predetermined period is provided in the control part 3 so that an alternating current flows in the thermo-element 2. The inside of the glovelike vessel 1 is cooled and heated at a predetermined period repeatedly to cool and heat a hand inserted into the vessel 1 at a predetermined temperature cycle so as to accelerate blood circulation of the hand.</p> |
