PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a whole device, simplify a production process, reduce weight by thinning a thickness of a cup part and reduce a production cost. SOLUTION: A device is provided with an upper die 106 and a lower die 104 arranged freely to be approached/separated, a forming punch 152 for restricting the inner peripheral side of a drawing formed body 64, first cam punches 124a-124c and second cam punches 149a-140c, which roughly simultaneously press plural track grooves and shoulder parts for the drawing formed body 64 restricted to the forming punch 152 by displacing it in the radial direction under the approaching action of the upper die 106 and the lower die 104.
