PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance and elongate the service life by fixing an elastic member elastically deformable following the aligning movement of a bearing and swinging movement about the axis, between both end members opposed to each other radially. SOLUTION: A prescribed bearing inside clearance is provided between the sliding face 2a of an outer ring 2 and the sliding face 1a of an inner ring 1. Annular end members 5, 6 (hereinafter, called inner/outer ring collars) are installed in the both end faces 1b, 2b of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 respectively constituting a spherical sliding bearing. An elastic member 7 comprising an elastically deformable resin material such as rubber following the aligning movement (an arrow A) of a bearing and sliding movement (an arrow B) about an axis is fixed between the inner ring collar 5 and the outer ring collar 6. By filling lubricant 10 such as grease in a space surrounded with the inner ring 1, the outer ring 2, the inner/outer ring collars 5, 6, and the elastic member 7, the sealing performance of the bearing is further improved.
