摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and cost, and surely ensure air-tightness by dividing and forming surge tanks, holding a sheet shaped raw material including flux, temporally fixing a divided part with an aluminum bolt, and then joining a main body part and the divided part in a furnace. SOLUTION: In an aluminum surge tank 1, a sheet raw material 12 including flux is held between a joining seat part 2a of a main body 2 and a joining seat part 3a of a branched part 3, a joining part is fastened with an aluminum bolt the branched part 3 is temporally fixed, the whole is entered and heated into a furnace, and then the main body part 2 and the branched part 3 are air-tightly joined in the furnace. The main body part 2, the branched part 3, and the bolt 13 are made of aluminum, those heat expansion coefficients are same, surplus stress is not generated at the time of thermal expansion, the main body part 2 and the branched part 3 are thinned, and those weights are lightened. Accordingly, manufacturing costs are reduced, air-tightness is ensured by the sheet shaped raw material including flux, and joining operation can be enabled.
