PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distortion generation device in which a distortion index can be easily adjusted. SOLUTION: In a distortion generation device 6, a first perforated panel 12 shielding a part of an air intake 1 in the circulferential direction is mounted on a first rotation frame 11 rotatable about a central axis O of the air intake 1 of a jet engine. A second perforated panel 14 shielding a part of the air intake 1 in the circulferential direction is mounted on a second rotation frame 13 which is adjacent to the first rotation frame 11 in the axial direction of the air intake 1 and rotatable about the central axis O of the air intake 1. Then, a driving device 15 is provided so as to rotate each of the first rotation frame 11 and the second rotation frame 13 independently.
