PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing-stop structure of a coupling member of a vacuum pump for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A vacuum pump 2 attached to an engine 1 is driven by a shaft 3 of the engine 1. A coupling 4 has a projecting coupling-member 42 and a snap ring 44 attached to the shaft 21 has a size abutted to an engaging portion 48 provided on a radial inner side of projecting portions 45a, 45b of the projecting coupling member 42. Thereby, a dropping off of the projecting coupling member 42 from the shaft 21 is inhibited.
