PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a strong flexural strength and enable a building or structural members to be installed immediately after the construction by forming cylindrically an anchor of hardwares used for fixing, connection, etc. SOLUTION: Connection pieces 3 having a bolt hole or the like are projected at both sides of a base plate 2 from which a cylindrical anchor 1 is extended downward. A circular groove is formed on a fitting face of a building or a foundation or the like by a core drill in advance to insert the cylindrical anchor 1 into the circular groove. In this time, an adhesive, mortar or the like may be injected in the groove in advance to insert the anchor or an injection hole 4 into which an adhesive or the like can be injected from the surface of the base plate 2 to the side wall face or the inside wall face of the anchor 1 is drilled and the adhesive or the like is injected to fix the anchor after it has been inserted. The cylindrical anchor 1 which can be fitted to the circular groove is hung down or integrally formed by welding to the connection hardware to which a building or a structural member is fitted to enhance the strength of the anchor 1.
