PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve execution of work as well as multipurpose characteristic by covering an angular frame with a surface-like body having penetration portions. SOLUTION: A box-shaped multipurpose pannel 10 is formed by connecting multipurpose pannels 20a, 20b, 20c composed of a frame made of round steel bars and a net-like body made of plastic belts woven in a lattice shape. Stones 11 are filled thereinside. The pannels 20a, 20b, 20c are installed between two supports to form a fence, a large multipurpose pannel is formed by connecting the pannels vertically and laterally, respectively, or a plurality of natural stones, wood materials, greening pots, etc., are mounted on one surface of each the pannel. They are connected in a mozaic shape to form a large composite multipurpose pannel, and by using the same a box-like multipurpose pannel is formed. Various kinds of box-shaped multipurpose pannels are layed in a mozaic shape on a slope of a river or piled up thereon. Accordingly, a large amount of the conveyance of the units can be made and they can be assembled into a box shape easily at a work site.
