PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out special dyeing capable of imparting a peel feeling, a feeling of used clothes, etc., of jeans by treating a fibrous structure comprising a multifilament yarn with an dyeing-repellent substance or subsequently treating the resultant structure with a dyeing-adapted substance and carrying out a dyeing treatment. SOLUTION: A woven fabric using a polyester multifilament yarn is pretreated with a dyeing-repellent substance, e.g. a water swellable layered clay mineral such as a silicate compound in 1/(0.1-1.0) ratio of silicon/magnesium, then subsequently treated with a dyeing-adapted substance such as a urethane resin and further subjected to a dyeing treatment when the woven fabric is dyed with a disperse dye. Thereby, a part of single filaments coated with the above dyeing-adapted substance are dyed at a high concentration and, on the other hand, the single filaments treated with the dyeing-repellent substance are substantially undyed. As a result, a specially dyed woven fabric is produced. |
