PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for a disk formed of a paper or the like to be manufactured at low cost and surely storing and keeping the disk. SOLUTION: A disk case 10 is provided with an outer case 12 of envelope type having folding edges 33 folded in the inside of an opening 11, a tray 13 to be taken out/in to the outer case 12 and an attached case 15. A stopper piece 50 is cut up on the rear side of the tray 13. The position of the end D1 of a disk D can be regulated by the stopper piece 50, and the stopper piece is functioned to prevent the tray 13 from slipping out further by being caught on folding edges 33 on the way of the drawing-out operation of the tray 13 from the outer case 12. A tongue 55 folded back toward the stopper piece 50 is formed on the front side of the tray 13. The folding-back tongue 55 is inserted into an opening 16 of the attached case 15.
