PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sticking of oil flowing out to an oil fence so as to enable reuse it and recovery of oil by providing a flexible fence body having a bag that can be filled with a floating material or gas in a sealed manner and an oil adsorbing material attached to an outer surface of the fence body. SOLUTION: A fence body 2 is composed of a polyester reinforced vinyl chrolide coated cloth, and has a bag portion to which inner side a specified amount of floating material 3 made of foaming styrol with independent air bubbles of sectionally circular shape is attached. At a lower part of the bag portion, a skirt is integrally formed therewith, while a lower part of the skirt is formed in a bag shape and a metal chain type weight 6 is sealed in the bag. At an outer surface on one side of the body 2, an oil absorption material 4 is attached across the whole length thereof. Accordingly, the oil fence body 2 can be reused without washing it only by removing the material 4, which is economical, and oil can be recovered.
