摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the resistance of an expansion joint against a load by fixing one end of a girder member to a bridge girder while the other end thereof is supported on a bridge base so as to be slidable, and providing a comb-like joint whose elements move mutually at and end of a concrete board flush with a paved surface on the bridge girder. SOLUTION: A bridge girder 31 is supported with a slide support 53 of a bridge base 51, and a play space is formed between the girder 31 and a wall 54 of the bridge base 51. One end of a girder member 11 of H steel is fixed to the girder 31 with a hinge while the other end thereof is supported with an active support 55 of the bridge base 51. A slide concrete board 12 is placed on an upper surface of the member 11, and the movable side of a comb-like joint 13 is extended from one end of the board 12. According to extension of the girder 31, the movable sides of the girder 31, the member 11, the board 12 and the joint 13 are integrally moved to prevent structures from colliding on each other. The member 11 of H steel placed at a lower surface of the slide board 12 improves reinforcing effect, thereby allowing the comb-like expansion joint to be made thin.
