PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading base elevating mechanism capable of speedily and certainly carrying out assembly work of a loading base to an elevating mechanism body and exchange work to a dissimilar loading base and stably elevating the loading base made in a state assembled t the elevating mechanism body. SOLUTION: A loading base mounting fitting 7 and a roller 8 for support travelling are integrally mounted on a chain connecting portion 6 of a chain 2 and an engagement metal fitting 13 to be engaged with the loading base mounting fitting 7 in a suspended state is integrally mounted on a loading base 3 on this loading base elevating mechanism 1. Consequently, it is possible to secure a state where the loading base 3 is assembled on the elevating mechanism body 4 by making the engagement metal fitting 13 enaged with the loading base mounting fitting 7 in the suspended state, and accordingly, it is possible to speedily and certainly carry out assembly work of the loading base 3 to the elevating mechanism body 4 and exchange work to a dissimilar loading base.
