PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain drivability equal to direct coupled 4WD when accelerating a vehicle, to prevent a tight corner braking phenomenon in turning and to automatically distribute engine brake torque to four wheels by controlling an electromagnetic clutch. SOLUTION: In this vehicular front wheel hub rotation transmission device installed on a front wheel of a four wheel drive car directly coupled with front/ rear wheels and switching the transmission and cutoff of a driving force, a cam member 17 and an outer ring 16 are rotatably fitted on the inside and outside, plural rollers 31 engageable with cages 28 in both directions are housed between the cam member 17 and the outer ring 16 to form a two-way clutch A, an electromagnetic clutch B for connecting a rotor 43 to the outer ring 16 side is juxtaposed, a rotating speed of the whole wheels of a vehicle is detected by a sensor, a rotating speed difference between front and rear wheels and a preset value are compared with each other, and the two-way clutch A is coupled by turning on the electromagnetic clutch B when a rear wheel side rotating speed exceeds the preset value.
