PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize relief waste water by providing a constantly opened 2nd water spouting nozzle branched from a water passage pipe in a fountain device for spouting water by supplying water to a 1st water spouting nozzle from the water passage pipe connected to the discharge port of a water supply pump for fountain through a water spouting control valve. SOLUTION: The sharp fountain largely changed dynamically is executed to produce large visual change by properly controlling the opening or closing operation of an automatic stop valve 3b of the plural water spouting control valves 3 on the basis of a control signal outputted from a controller while continuing the operation of the water supply pump 1 for fountain and changing variously a figure of the fountain spouted from the water spouting nozzles 4.... In such a case, a part of the water in the water passage pipe 2 is discharged from the water spouting nozzle 7 through a branched water passage pipe 8. When the automatic stop valve 3B is rapidly closed, the fountain having height almost proportional to the number of the automatic stop valves 3B is executed to be seen as a separate fountain.
