PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably keep the fluid sealing function of a container over a long period of time while achieving miniaturization and weight reduction by providing a plurality of linear elastomers to either one of a case housing a fluid treatment material and the lid closing the opening thereof and energizing the other one of them by the elastomers to bring the case and the lid to a close contact state. SOLUTION: When a fluid is allowed to flow through a container, the fluid is introduced into the container from a fluid inflow port 10 and allowed to fall through a particulate treatment material 5 to be reversed at the bottom part of the container and raised through a conduit 6 to be led out of a fluid outflow port 11. At this time, the inner pressure of the container rises and a cap nut 8 and a case 1 are deformed by the elasticity of a material and the energizing force of an inner linear elastomer 7a is lowered thereby. As a result, a part of the particulate treatment material 5 penetrates in the gap between a linear elastomer 7 and the case 1. Thereafter, when the interior of the container is evacuated, the inner linear elastomer 7a is returned to the original position while the penetrated particulate treatment material 5 is held between the linear elastomer and the case 1. Therefore, a fluid can be certainly sealed by an outer linear elastomer 7b.
|
