SOLUTION: A ring-shaped projection 25 is formed to the periphery of the nipple adaptor in a crosshead 1 to which a molten resin is supplied or to the inner peripheral surface of the die 21 therein and the nipple adaptor 20 and the die 21 are provided so as to be freely moved to approach and separate mutually. Then, the nipple adaptor 20 and the die 21 are moved in cooperation with a gear pump 3 supplying a molten resin B into the crosshead 1 so as to approach and separate mutually to apply a coating of good quality to a core wire A intermittently.
