PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant composition high in heat resistance and scratch resistance, exhibiting sufficient mechanical characteristics, having low extrusion torque and good in molding processability. SOLUTION: With 100 pts.wt. of a resin component comprising 99.5-75 pts.wt. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) containing 25-45 wt.% of vinyl acetate(VA) and 0.5-25 pts.wt. of a polyolefin resin modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid are compounded 50-200 pts.wt. of a flame-retardant, 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a surfactant having an HLB of not more than 10 and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a silicone having a viscosity of at least 100,000 cSt. |
