PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device supplying a sheet material cut into a desired length in each sheet material, by providing efficiency in mounting of a roll material, and delivering the fold sheet material from the roll material. SOLUTION: This device has support means 3, 4 supporting a roll material, a first/second mounting means 6, 8, 13 mounting the roll material on the support means, a plurality of rollers 19, 20 interposing a fold sheet material 15 delivered from the roll material, means determining a cutoff position by at least two kinds of value information and cutting command, cutter means 21a cutting the fold sheet material, press means 25 pressing the fold sheet material to the cutter means, and a cutoff drive means 21 selecting one kind from the means determining the cutoff position to cutoff the fold sheet material, after it is pressed by the press means, by driving the cutter means. After driving of the cutoff drive means, pressing of the press means is released.
