PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a water-based ink to stably be used for a long term by preventing the ink from blurring on a recording medium and from permeating through the recording medium to its back and by preventing aggregation and sedimentation from arising in the ink when supplied onto a recording medium such as paper. SOLUTION: In a water-based ink comprising at least water and coloring matter, at least one kind selected from the group consisting of tetraethylammonium hydroxide, trimethylbenzylammonium hydroxide and dimethylbenzylammonium hydroxide is included. |
