<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for salt-to-fresh water distillation, in which the efficiency of a vacuum device is increased and in which oxygen can be dissolved in discharged concentrated salt water. SOLUTION: In an apparatus for salt water distillation in which salt water (a) is evaporated by heating in evaporating condensers 5, 6, 7 with the heat of a solar heat collector 9 as a heat source to produce distilled water in a condenser 12, a vacuum device 1 using a water jet pump is installed to discharge non condensable gas from the condenser 12, and a means that the discharged salt water (b), which has been concentrated in the evaporating concentrators 5, 6, 7, is introduced into the vacuum device 1, are installed. The means comprises a water jet pump 3 sucking up the condensed salt water (b) and a pipe 27 introducing the salt water to the suction side of the pump 3.</p> |
