PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC plate installing method and a PC plate installing structure capable of shortening a construction period by improving workability and capable of completely filling a blocking-up material between a PC plate and the building frame side. SOLUTION: In a PC plate installing method to a reinforced concrete structure where a PC fastener 98 is previously embedded in a PC plate 20a, a fixing metal fitting 99 for fixing the PC plate 20a to the building frame side by receiving this PC fastener 98 is embedded in building frame concrete 21, and a blocking-up material 54 is installed between the PC plate 20a and a building frame, before embedding the fixing metal fitting 99 in the building frame side, this fixing metal fitting 99 is temporarily fixed to the PC fastener 98, this PC plate 20a is temporarily held on the building frame side together with the blocking-up material 54, concrete is placed in this temporarily holding state, and the fixing metal fitting 99 is embedded in the concrete 21.
