PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the accumulation of dirt by providing a step part in a flush water discharge port and the flushing face of a toilet immediately below the discharge port, and prevent accumulation of dirt by the structure that the step of the toilet flushing face below the step part is higher than the toilet flushing face upward of the step part. SOLUTION: An urinal 20 is flushed by either a system for flushing the inner surface of the urinal 20 by water jetted from a spreader nozzle attached to the upper part of the inner surface of the urinal 20 or another system for flushing discharge water from the water discharge opening of the inside of the rim part 24 of the urinal 20. Next, a step is provided immediately below a water discharge port 26 for flushing and the water discharge port 26, and the step of the urinal flushing face 32 below the step part is made higher than the urinal flushing face 32 above the step part. Furthermore, projected parts 28, 30 for the urinal flushing face 32 are provided only immediately below the water discharge port 26 for flushing and the water discharge port 26, and projected parts 28, 30 are provided also to the water discharge port 26, with intervals downward. Thus, flowing water discharged from the water discharge port wets evenly the urinal flushing face to make dirt difficult to accumulate.
