PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide filled framework blocks of the precast concrete having a bellow function capable of coping with a curve without generating unevenness. SOLUTION: A framework has a chamber 3 to be filled having at least an opening in the top surface thereof and to be filled with the filling material 2, and the framework is provided with bent stage joints 4 in side surfaces thereof, and provided with a through water passing hole and connecting holes 5a, 5b so that the bent stage joints between each adjacent framework blocks to be filled are overlapped with each other for connection along the surface for installation, and each adjacent framework blocks to be filled is moved in the bent stage joint forming direction so as to adjust a space between the blocks arranged in the same line.
