PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing small metal balls of a uniform size by a simple facility with high productivity. SOLUTION: A molten metal is fed to a nozzle 2 at a specified flow rate from a molten metal feeder 1. Vibration is given to the nozzle 2 by a device 3. The nozzle 2 is put into motion by a mechanical means 4, and a tip of the nozzle depicts, for example, a line. Droplets of the molten metal are prevented from being integrated with each other, and small metal balls of the uniform size can be efficiently obtained.
