PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold an alcohol fuel under a stable state over a long period of time without generating alteration such as cloudiness and delimitation on the laminate material of a resin film or a resin sheet to form a packaging bag, and prevent the packaging bag from generating a swelling. SOLUTION: In this packaging body 15 for an alcohol fuel, a solid fuel 2 of which the major component is alcohol, is housed in a packaging body 16 of a primary packaging bag 6 comprising a laminate material 5 of a resin film or a resin sheet, and in a secondary packaging bag 18 comprising a laminate material 17 of a resin film or a resin sheet, a desiccant 19 and a deoxidant 21 are arranged so that moisture and an oxygen gas generated in the packaging bag 18 may be adsorbed, and the packaging body 15 is sealed by sealing the opening section of the secondary packaging bag 18 at the sealing section 18a.
