HARD COAT FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film which prevents influence at the time of deformation of a plastic substrate film from reaching a hard coat layer to prevent the crack or peeling of the hard coat layer and having pencil hardness of 4-8H near to the hardness of glass. SOLUTION: In a hard coat film wherein a hard coat layer 3 with a thickness of 3-30μm is formed on at least one surface of a plastic substrate film 1, the pencil hardness of the plastic substrate film is set to HB-2H and the pencil hardness of the hard coat layer 3 is set to 3-5H to achieve the pencil hardness of 4-8H of the hard coat film.
