PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working surroundings without using an organic solvent while manufacturing a seamless belt easily at a low cost by a comparatively simple equipment. SOLUTION: While a mandrel (a cylinder) 2 having a smooth surface is rotated at a constant speed, thermoplastic raw material powder 1 is uniformly stuck onto its outer peripheral surface by an electrostatic powder coating method. Thereafter, the raw material powder 1 is melted by heating, a continuous endless film is formed, and after cooling and solidifying the film, it is peeled off from the mandrel 2. Thereby, a manufacturing equipment and a process are simplified, a high quality seamless belt can be manufactured at a low cost, and the productivity can be raised.
