PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change-over a control state in a desired brightness or darkness even when a usage environment is individually different by changing a prescribed value for changing-over the control state by means of the operation of an illuminance re-setting means. SOLUTION: The prescribed value for changing-over the control state by a control means 11 is changed by the operation of the illuminance re-setting means 26 with a key input means 15 in accordance with a place for using an electric warmth keeping pot even when the place is moved. Besides, the setting value is changed in the place in the same way in accordance with the kind and brightness of an illumination in the circumference of the pot so that the control state is changed-over in the desired brightness or darkness even when the usage environment is individually different. Moreover, the control state is changed-over by the illuminance re-setting means even when the individual characteristic of an optical sensor 21 being the element of an illuminance detecting means 22 is different or a sensitivity is changed to some extent at the time of shipping from a factory or an early stage owing to the secular deterioration of the sensor 21.
